Martin Fregoso

Born in Mexico, Martin arrived in the United States in 1982. He acquired his salad processing skills from Lucier’s Salads/Bekin St. Kitchen where he supervised the daily blending and batch operations before joining the team at Wills in 1989. Since that time, he has shown management his willingness to implement changing procedures while satisfying management’s objective of efficient labor utilization. His conscientious efforts continue to monitor quality and consistent batch flavors and moisture levels . . . one of the most important keys to Wills successful growth pattern.
