Keeping communication lines open, and offering distributor support are key to maintaining positive customer relations. Michael’s prior experience includes five years management, supervision, and hands on experience in wholesale and retail sales. He has gained his food service experience through his affiliation with several restaurant chains and private country clubs. Michael possesses an excellent industry reputation for integrity, restaurant management and quality orientation. Prior member of multiple amateur World Series and professional baseball teams, he brings with him the concepts of team participation, key to managing operations. Currently he is a member of the Northern California Perishables Food Council.
