A native Californian, raised in South Lake Tahoe, and a graduate of Sacramento State University, Erin has been in the Food Industry for over 20 years. She began her career working for Select Trade Sales in 1993. In 2000 she transitioned into the manufacturing world working for companies; Hormel, Maple Leaf Consumer Foods, Mani Imports, Sausalito Foods, and DCI Cheese Company/DCI Specialty Foods. She joined Wills Fresh Foods in 2012 as their Northwest Sales Manager. Erin served as a board member for the Perishable Foods Council (Formally Deli Council No Cal) in 2000 and served as vice president 2001 & 2002, she continued to serve as a board member from 2009 – 2014.
